The W240T  is an adjustable ratchet ButtonDown™ chrome wand with Flush  cord management. It fits NRH style hose handles.

Must be used with BW270 or BW275C.

The replacement would be part#s W250F or W255F depending on what brush you have (non-sensor or dirt sensor).
